Synopsis  This food and health toolkit has been produced by Community Food and Health (Scotland) in conjunction with NHS Ayrshire & Arran. The toolkit contains iseas and sufggestions on activities around food. All activities are based around the national food model "the eatwell plate". The toolkit contains colourful, laminated recipe posters (15) and cards (17), basic techniques posters (8), quizzes, games and activities on sugar, fat and labelling which can all be used together or on their own. Although the pack was originally intended for work with homeless groups it could be used for a wide variety of groups and settings including community food worker teams, and schools. Some networks haver identified a use for it in work around learning disabilities.
