* print information from this computer for free
* request photocopies of articles from journals held in the Information and Resources Centre
* request materials from other libraries
* search the Internet ( a booking system is in operation )


We aim to

* meet the demands for good quality photocopying within 5 working days
* maintain an up-to-date collection of material on health information
* respond to all suggestions and complaints within 10 working days


Resources    

A variety of resources such as videos, teaching kits, information packs, slide-sets and models are available for loan to individuals and organisations that are promoting health in Fife.

There is a copy of the Resources Catalogue in the Information and Resources Centre for general reference.

Resources can be booked on the Internet, by visiting the Resources Centre, by telephone or by completing an official order form and returning by post.

Resources can be collected from the Resources Centre, sent via internal mail to Health Service Premises or delivered to our designated collection points listed below.

All large, fragile and breakable items must be collected and returned in person from the Resources Centre or at one of the collection points.

It is important that all arranged dates should be adhered to in order to avoid inconvenience to other users of the service. Loan periods may be extended by prior arrangement only.

Leaflets    

A variety of leaflets on health promotion issues are available from the Resources Centre. Catalogues containing samples of all the leaflets available are held within the Resources Centre for general reference purposes.

Leaflet orders must be made using the Internet or sent to the Resources Centre on an official order form. The form is available on line or from Resources Centre.

All orders will be processed within 4 working days. Leaflet orders may be collected form the Resources Centre, sent via internal mail to health service centres or delivered to a designated collection point listed below.

All large or boxed orders must be collected in person from the Resources Centre or at one of the collection points.
